Company Administrator Guide

Overview

As a Company Administrator, you manage tanks, users, and calibrations within your assigned company.

You have full control over your company's data but cannot access other companies' information.

Company Settings

    Navigate to "Company Settings" from the sidebar

    Update company information (name, address, phone, email)
  3. 3
    Upload or change company logo (used in calibration certificates)
  4. 4
    Verify company details are accurate for professional reports
  5. 5
    Click "Save Changes" to update information

User Management

    Go to "Users" section to manage your company users
  2. 2
    Click "Invite User" to add team members
  3. 3
    Enter user email and select role (Company Admin, Operator, or Viewer)
  4. 4
    New users automatically assigned to your company
  5. 5
    Edit user roles to adjust permissions
  6. 6
    Enable/disable user accounts as needed
  7. 7
    Remove users who no longer need access

Tank Creation

    Navigate to "Tanks" from the sidebar
  2. 2
    Click "Add Tank" button
  3. 3
    Select tank type (Cylindrical Horizontal/Vertical, Parallepiped, D-Shaped, etc.)

    Enter tank name and location
  5. 5
    Input dimensions based on tank type (diameter, length, height, etc.)
  6. 6
    Set total capacity and measurement unit
  7. 7
    Choose calibration interval (default 10mm)
  8. 8
    Add any relevant notes
  9. 9
    Optionally provide LLS Protocol fuel sensor readings (frequency in Hz or digital values) paired with known fuel volumes — these take priority over geometric calculations

    Click "Create Tank" to save

Calibration Generation

    Open tank details by clicking on a tank
  2. 2
    Click "Generate Calibration" button
  3. 3
    Review AI accuracy recommendations if available
  4. 4
    Wait 2-5 seconds for calibration table generation
  5. 5
    Review generated calibration table
  6. 6
    Verify accuracy and data points
  7. 7
    Download PDF certificate if needed
  8. 8
    Regenerate if specifications change

Certificate Management

    View tank details page
  2. 2
    Click "View Calibration" to see table
  3. 3
    Use "Download PDF" to get professional certificate
  4. 4
    PDF includes company logo and branding
  5. 5
    Certificate contains complete calibration data
  6. 6
    Share certificates with clients or regulatory bodies
  7. 7
    Keep records for compliance purposes

Dashboard Usage

    Access Dashboard for company overview
